Each signed copy is shipped within 5 business days with flat rate options based on package weight. Most packages ship for $7.

Each print-on-demand book is printed after the order is placed and shipped directly from the printer to your door using their carrier rates. *Be aware that print-on-demand hardcover books are produced in the UK and shipping times and rates reflect international transit.
